Together with your colleagues, you offer project management as a central service. In this context, you lead interdisciplinary projects of varying complexity at your own responsibility, apply the project management standards within the company and contribute to their further refinement.
- Specialist and lateral leadership of interdisciplinary, international project teams
- Responsibility for the results, scheduling and budgeting of your projects from the project idea across the entire project lifecycle
- Planning, steering and controlling of costs, contents, tasks, results, deadlines and external service providers
- Project design, updating and status reporting in the enterprise-wide project management software
- Continuous exchange and partnership-based actions to ensure project stakeholder satisfaction and elaboration of solution scenarios in the event of divergences
- Further development of the project management standards and involvement in the global project management community
You come equipped with
- Several years of experience in project management, extending also to the international level
- Project management certification (at least IPMA level D or equivalent)
- Master's or other postgraduate degree with concentrations in economics
- Experience in project programme management is desirable
- Experience in the insurance or financial environment is welcome
- Well-versed in moderation and presentation techniques
- Knowledge of (multi-)project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps etc.
- Proficient user skills in German and English
- Willingness to go on occasional business trips worldwide
- Strategic vision, capacity for interconnected and structured thinking, analytical skills, a solution-driven approach to communication
